The conference has sent to every author an invitation/acceptance letter signed by the conference chairs.

Second reminder for the early bird registration: July 15 is approaching soon. A formal receipt will be included in each participant's registration package to be distributed at the reception desk in the conference venue.

Currently, the Scientific Committee is undertaking examination of format conformity on the camera-ready manuscripts submitted to the CMS.

Participants are kindly reminded of the upcoming due date, July 15th, for registering early-bird payment. Please check "Registration" on this website for detailed payment information.

For accepted paper authors, and accepted poster authors who have submitted or will submit an extended abstract, it is necessary to complete the early-bird payment so that the submission can be included in the conference monograph book (papers) and the CD-ROM proceedings (papers and posters).  

The International Reviewing Board has completed reviewing the POSTER proposals. Authors are asked to log into the CMS tro view the review results. We encourage the accepted authors to submit an extended abstract which will be included in the CD-ROM Conference Proceedigns. Please refer to "Submission Instructions" for details.   

Submission of the camera-ready manuscript and the copyright consent form for accepted PAPER authors will soon be closed by May 31. The document uploading system in CMS has been activated for the submission.
