活動資訊與摘要
Innovations in technology and automation can potentially enhance human capability in a broad range of tasks, from robotic assisted surgery to driving automated vehicles. However, as technology becomes more complex and automated, the situation awareness and cognitive load demands on a user will correspondingly increase. This talk will discuss our work on challenges and opportunities for real-time user-sensing technology to reliably monitoring and assess user situation awareness and cognitive load with an exploration of potential applications for enhancing human performance in healthcare and transportation applications.
