本會的國立臺灣科技大學工業管理系 紀佳芬特聘教授本次受中國工業工程師學會邀請，於國立台北科技大學的宏裕科研大樓B4 哈佛講堂發表演講。紀教授曾任人因學會理事長，國內也擔任國家運輸安全調查委員會委員，同時也是國際人因工程學會的院士(IEA fellow)，歡迎學界及業界先進參與指導！

主講人簡介：
Chia-Fen Chi received her Ph. D. in Industrial Engineering from State University of New York at Buffalo and joined National Taiwan University of Science and Technology in 1990. She was the President of the Ergonomics Society of Taiwan 2003-2005, a visiting professor at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2016. Between 2008 and 2015, she served as the Department Chair, Associated Dean, and Dean of International Affairs, Director of Center for teaching & learning. She has been an editorial board member for Applied Ergonomics since 2015 and International Journal of Industrial Ergonomics since 2009. Besides, she has served as Vice Chairwoman for Aviation Safety Council 2016-2019, board member of Taiwan Transportation Safety Board since 2019 and Consumer Protection Committee 2022-2024. She was awarded as the IEA fellow in 2024. Her research interests include accident analysis and SMS, iconic interface design, visual Fatigue, disable and aging workers.
