We are pleased to announce that the 2026 ACED-Kingfar Researcher Award is now open for nominations. This prestigious annual award recognizes and supports outstanding academic research achievements in Human Factors and Ergonomics (HFE) across Asian countries. The initiative focuses on honoring original, rigorous research work while promoting academic excellence and cross-border knowledge sharing throughout the region.
Award Benefits:
Research Grant: An annual total grant of USD 2,000 to support further research activities or cover travel, accommodation, and registration expenses for presenting at the ACED Conference.
Recognition: Each recipient will be presented with an official Certificate of Recognition from the ACED committee.
Eligibility Criteria:
Status: Currently enrolled Master’s or PhD students in HFE (or related fields), as well as active researchers engaged in HFE-related studies.
Affiliation: Must be affiliated with an academic institution, research organization, or enterprise located in Asia.
Contribution: Submitted work must be original research (evidenced by peer-reviewed journal articles, dissertation chapters, conference proceedings, or validated research reports) where the nominee has made a major contribution, preferably as the first or corresponding author.
Submission Guidelines: Applicants must compile all supporting documents—including a comprehensive CV, proof of current academic/employment status, a structured research summary (objectives, methodology, key findings, and contributions), and a full copy of the manuscript—into a single PDF file.
