< 返回最新訊息 2026年6月28日星期日 【徵選公告】2026 ACED-Kingfar Researcher Award in Human Factors and Ergonomics (HFE) Dear Colleagues and Researchers, We are pleased to announce that the 2026 ACED-Kingfar Researcher Award is now open for nominations. This prestigious annual award recognizes and supports outstanding academic research achievements in Human Factors and Ergonomics (HFE) across Asian countries. The initiative focuses on honoring original, rigorous research work while promoting academic excellence and cross-border knowledge sharing throughout the region. Award Benefits: Research Grant: An annual total grant of USD 2,000 to support further research activities or cover travel, accommodation, and registration expenses for presenting at the ACED Conference. Recognition: Each recipient will be presented with an official Certificate of Recognition from the ACED committee. Eligibility Criteria: Status: Currently enrolled Master’s or PhD students in HFE (or related fields), as well as active researchers engaged in HFE-related studies. Affiliation: Must be affiliated with an academic institution, research organization, or enterprise located in Asia. Contribution: Submitted work must be original research (evidenced by peer-reviewed journal articles, dissertation chapters, conference proceedings, or validated research reports) where the nominee has made a major contribution, preferably as the first or corresponding author. Submission Guidelines: Applicants must compile all supporting documents—including a comprehensive CV, proof of current academic/employment status, a structured research summary (objectives, methodology, key findings, and contributions), and a full copy of the manuscript—into a single PDF file . The National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) had organized the domestic ergonomics team to start the discussion of its directions and developments in 1980s. After heated discussions in several meetings, the naming and definition of "Ergonomics" were established. The Ergonomics Society of Taiwan was proposed by professors from diverse universities and relevant research institutions to integrate the human resources of ergonomics. People are working together to improve the capacity of academic research and technical standards, and promote the collaborations all over the word.

IEA/Kingfar Award This award recognizes early career professionals to reward high-quality original research and applications on new/emerging HFE issues, or topics specifically related to industrially developing countries (IDCs), while supporting HFE career paths. Eligibility: Nominees can be from any country (both IDCs and developed countries). Categories & Prizes (Up to 13 winners total per year): PhD Students: Up to 8 awards, $1,000 USD each. < 返回最新訊息 2025年5月7日星期三 【活動報導】人因工程學會參訪臺灣航勤松山機場站—聚焦地勤作業安全與效率提升 2025/05/07 本次活動由邱敏綺理事長協同七位學會專家學者組成訪問團隊代表人因工程學會於本日前往臺灣航勤松山機場站進行參訪。臺灣航勤方面由臺北站經理、主任及總公司安全部門代表接待。參訪活動首先於國內線二樓會議室進行簡報。經理詳細介紹了地勤作業環境與工作內容，包括行李處理、旅客服務、機務支援等各項地勤工作的主要職責與挑戰。 隨後，參訪團隊在臺勤夥伴引導下進行機場環場作業區域實地勘查。專家團隊觀察了行李處理作業流程、地勤設備操作情況及拖引車運作等關鍵作業環節，並從人因工程角度進行了評估。在國際線登機二樓休息室進行的後續討論中，雙方就地勤作業中的人因議題進行深入交流。主要討論議題包括行李搬運過程中的肌肉骨骼傷害風險及預防、以及機坪地面傷損GDI事件(Ground Damage Incidence)預防策略。 人因工程專家們就上述議題提出了可能改善的方向及建議，包括改善作業姿勢、優化工具設計、調整工作流程及完善安全管理系統等措施。在與臺勤團隊溝通後，提出了需要人因學會專家們研擬更具體的方向，以利雙方未來進一步的交流及合作。 邱敏綺理事長代表人因工程學會感謝臺灣航勤提供此次寶貴的參訪機會，使專家學者能親身了解地勤工作環境及內容。雙方一致認為，透過人因工程專業知識的應用，能有效改善機場地勤人員的工作安全與效率，共同為國門建立更安全的工作場域。 上一章 下一章
